Servicing Your Gear
Due to popular demand we are increasing access to our tech department for some servicing and repairs, plus we can also do some modifications. See below for a list of the gear we are currently taking on, plus links to more information.
Our engineers include renowned synth expert James Walker, BBC-trained “Doctor” Huw Williams, and our senior tech Max Dawson who began as an apprentice here under Huw and is now an incredibly experienced tech who among his many achievements developed our Binson restoration methodology and is deeply involved in the R&D for own products. All our engineers have their work overseen by the head techs, and any work done by external experts gets final approval from our engineers.
Roland echoes! We now have a dedicated page for Roland tape echo servicing. That will also tell you if we have slots available currently.
We are also beginning to open up servicing for a few other items. Until we add the info here please email if you want details on servicing of the following:
- Maestro Echoplex EP2 and 3
- Roland Juno-106 (including new replacement voices)
- Roland Juno-6 and Juno-60 (including Tubbutec upgrade)
- Roland TR-707: HKA Voice Expansion + our custom voice sets (more information)
- Other 70s/80s Roland synths (if we have spare capacity)
- Eventide Harmonizers: H910, H949 and H3000 including “H3500” upgrade
