October Giveaway – Quick FAQ 

Do I need to buy anything to enter?
No – the October giveaway is completely free to enter. Just follow @gasawaysuk, sign up to the mailing list, like the post and comment tagging two friends.

Who can enter?
 The giveaway is open worldwide to anyone aged 18 or over (unless local laws prevent it). If you’re outside the UK, you may need to cover any import duties or taxes in your country.

How are the winners are chosen?
Using a random number generator, we will pick two winners at random. The winner of the Audio Merge KTBK will be drawn first, followed by the winner of the T-Rex Replicator. The draw will be hosted live on Instagram at 4:00pm UK time on Thursday 30 October 2025.

When and how will the winner be announced?
The winners will be announced during the live draw and contacted by DM within 48 hours. If the winners don't reply within 14 days, we’ll redraw.

Will the winners appear on socials?
 We’d love to feature our winners on our website and socials with their prize. This is optional and only with the winners consent.

What are the prizes?
One brand new Audio Merge KTBK and one brand new T-Rex Replicator. No cash alternative.

 


October Gasaways Giveaway – Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Soundgas Tech Limited t/a Gasaways, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 08449098) with registered office at 1a Key Point Nix’s Hill Industrial Estate Keys Road Somercotes Alfreton Derbyshire DE55 7FQ.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to entrants aged 18 or over.

  • Worldwide entries are welcome unless prohibited by local laws.

  • Employees of Soundgas Tech Limited and their immediate families are excluded.

  • Only one entry per person. Multiple comments will not increase chances of winning.

3. Opening & Closing Dates 

  • Giveaway opens on 3 October 2025.

  • Giveaway closes at 23:59 UK time on 29 October 2025.

  • Entries after this time will not be valid.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a brand new Audio Merge KTBK and one (1) winner will receive a T-Rex Replicator.

  • Prizes are as described – no cash alternative or substitutions.

  • If shipping outside the UK, winners may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees and any excess shipping cost over £150.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

 

  • The winners will be chosen at random using a random number generator.

  • The draw will take place live on Instagram (@gasawaysuk) at 4:00pm UK time on 30 October 2025.

  • The winners will be announced during the live stream and contacted by DM within 48 hours.

  • The winners may be asked to take part in publicity (such as a photo or short video with the prize for our website and social media). Participation is optional and requires the winners consent.

6. Claiming the Prize

  • The winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted.

  • If a winner does not respond within this period, Gasaways reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. Liability

  • Promoter is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, lost, or delayed.

  • Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.

8. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram of any responsibility.

9. Data Protection

  • Any personal data supplied (Instagram handle, shipping details) will only be used for administration of this giveaway.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted once the prize is fulfilled.
