Rack-mount digital delay unit that was released by Roland in the mid-1980s as a successor to the SDE-2000 and predecessor to the SDE-3000 (which became iconic with guitarists like The Edge). Known for those clean, characterful early-digital delay tones that became widely used in studios and live rigs alike.

Condition

In excellent cosmetic condition, barely any significant signs of wear across the unit despite the odd mark on the faceplate and top. Please see photos or get in touch if you require more information on condition.

Voltage Information

100v Japanese model. Customers on 220/240v supplies, a high quality step-down transformer will be required. On North American mains (115/120v supplies) this unit will run without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use. We do not recommend using cheap, generic Chinese mains transformers - please ask if you have any questions about powering this unit.
