Keio Minipops MP-7 - SN 50713

In reasonable condition, freshly serviced by us and ready to ship, this Keio Minipops MP-7 is a classic vintage analogue drum machine from the early 1970s. Built by Keio Electronic Laboratories (who later became Korg), the MP-7 is part of the legendary wooden-box rhythm machine era - warm, punchy, and packed with character.

Most famously used by Jean Michel Jarre for the signature beats on Oxygene (amongst others) - the Minipops 7 remains one of our absolute favourite beat boxes.

It's a 100v unit so requires a step-down transformer for UK/EU use.

Condition

Good overall cosmetic condition although there is some evidence of wear and usage across the faceplate with the finish also losing its colour in some places. Please see photos or get in touch if you require more information.

Voltage Information

It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use. A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU. We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
