EMS Synthi AKS for sale.

This is a superb example that has clearly been very well looked after - it comes with good history/receipts etc as well as a Digitana midi expander, manual and new set of pins. Serviced and lightly modded (reversible) by a top EMS tech. All features are fully working and expertly calibrated.

Comes with plenty of provenance/history (including a sale receipt from 1994 for £945) as well as a Digitana midi expander and a full new set of pins from EMS as well as the originals.

It was purchased by the current owner from RL Music in October 2018. Since the sale, it's been serviced, calibrated and recapped and a number of mods installed (which are fully reversible):

Filter slew/ unslew
S&H circuit
VCO sync
VCO Shape mod

These mods are all on push pull pots and invisible to the eye and are easily reversible - there's been no drilling or the addition of switches etc. Original pots and replaced parts come with the synth.

This is a stunning package that represents a great way to get a Synthi AKS with none of the usual headaches. Ready to play!

Please note: these synths should be used regularly for best performance – just like a classic car or bike needs a run out to stay in good shape.
