Yamaha PM-200 Mixer
Yamaha PM-200 Mixer
Brand: Yamaha
Sorry it's gone. We may have another in stock or on the way. Please enquire below (or check our weekly Gear Update for incoming rarities).
High quality 70s Yamaha mixing amp with built in spring reverb, EQ and effects send.
It has a great sound - we get lots of these vintage mixers through and Yamaha clearly went for the upper end of the market with this unit. Overdrives very nicely when you push it. See the photos including the shot of the rear to see detail on the controls and connections.
It's also very classy looking piece of kit in superb, clean condition. Comes with the original zip up case (zip is no longer working). There are few minor marks and signs of age only - click on the photos to zoom in and see more shots.
Serviced and working well. The pots and sliders are fine, though it's possible that some crackle may develop over time, especially when unused - this will usually clear with use.
For sales in UK/EU the price will include VAT. VAT-free sales are possible to businesses and individuals in the EU (outside the UK) with a valid VAT Number - please get in touch if you wish to buy this way.
- It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
- A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU. You will need at least a 100va unit if you are not using the internal amp. You will need a 200-250va unit if you want to drive speakers. Please ask if you have any questions.
- We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.

“I’ve bought a number of items from Soundgas recently, and have been really impressed with their service. It takes the stress out of buying vintage gear to know it’s been properly (and faithfully) serviced or restored. Their after-sales service has also been exemplary. Highly recommended.”

“Imagine the perfect eBay.... with everything you never knew you wanted… and you can rest assured that your vintage and rare wobbly sound device will turn up on time and in one piece and possibly in even better condition that when it left the workshop. Soundgas - literally amazing."
