A wonderful original vintage Neve 33609/C Discrete Precision Stereo Limiter/Compressor for sale.
Tested and working well. Beautifully designed and built compressor. Famed for their ability to be either transparent or to add colour when pushed.
For many people these are essential as a stereo buss compressor, while the limiter can often be the perfect tool on drums and even vocals.
The "C" was the version produced in the 70s as an evolution of the original "metal knob" Class A/B units which were essentially the console compressor modules in a rack. It included a more robust power supply and Belclere transformers.
We spent a lot of time with the last one of these we had here and can very much concur with those who say they are magical things.
