Maestro Rhythm King MRK-1

One from the "long term fix" shelves. We have too many drum machines that need work and not enough time so we're letting this one go.

All the sounds work - demo coming soon if it's not already been added below. The rhythms did work when we were last working on it, however they have not been tested recently as the foot switch is dead and without that you can't get it to play.

Other than the faulty switch (which most likely needs replacing - the photos show an aborted attempt to try and fix it), the other thing to note is that the panel inside the cable compartment is missing. So while this item is electrically safe from an earth perspective (110v and made mostly of wood!) the internal electronics are exposed via this compartment and this needs to be covered before it can be used safely.

Has been part serviced but no, we don't know what was done because it was a couple of years ago now! Assume it needs work.

Condition

Needs a clean. Some wear and tear but not too bad under the dirt. Knobs and a few screws are not original. Missing a panel from inside the cable compartment - more info above. See photos for more information.

Voltage Information

117/120v model. A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU. We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
