Originally intended as a simple mic mixer for PA or school address systems, the MI-30 hides unexpectedly dirty and hefty tonal possibilities that might well earn it cult following among producers and engineers (if more people knew about them!).

This is a compact Japanese marvel with serious sonic charm - don't let the size fool you - it's a Jekyll and Hyde character. While designed for basic utility, when you overload the MI-30's circuits with line level signals, it delivers a level of filthy saturation, colour, and character that would horrify its designers.
