Siemens (Dynacord) Sprachverzögerer Speech Delayer

Unusual and unique high quality ex-broadcast German tape echo in excellent cosmetic condition and superb working order. Modified by us to offer oscillation - up to 1000 msec delay at slowest speed (very 'characterful').

Ex-broadcast tape echo based on the Dynacord Super 76 - three-speed switchable motor giving up to 1000 m/sec delay (modded by us for oscillation). Gets 'characterful' at very slow speeds. Slider for fine-tuning of delay time allows for some wild echo manipulation not unlike the legendary HH Slider Echo.

There can't be many of these around. Originally used to delay radio/tv phone-ins?

Has separate control of wet and dry signals and both can be switched off entirely.

It's just back from a service and sounds superb.

CONDITION: In excellent cosmetic condition with minimal signs of wear or age to the face. The case is very clean with some minor scuffs around the edges of the face. Internally, this unit is very clean with almost no oxidation on the metal surfaces. See photos for more information on cosmetic condition.

There are no known operational faults with this unit.

(Please note: it is always possible with vintage equipment that some crackly pots/sliders may develop over time when equipment has not been used - even during shipping - this can usually be easily rectified either by use or judicious application of suitable switch-cleaning spray).
