Roland VX-55 Mixer with Spring Reverb
Very cool 6 channel Japanese spring reverb mixer. Very useful as a studio tool - great sound.
120v unit - more info on voltage below.
NOTE: photos are of another of these we have through. Current unit is in excellent condition with only minor scuffs or signs of age. Photos can be sent to the buyer before shipping if required.
These 70s Roland mixers sound great, especially when you overdrive the inputs - can really add punch to DAW beats and synths and have a superb built-in spring reverb (equivalent to the RE-201 spring). We've been getting lots of positive feedback from customers using them to add texture and colour to drum machines, synths etc. Check the stock list (link above) for more models.
Output is via a single, mono 1/4" jack at the rear. Also has an effect send and return which can be assigned to any of the channels in place of the internal spring reverb. Note that, unlike some of our previous VX-55s, this one does not have the phono and aux option on the first two channels - instead all six channels are identical.
Serviced and working well. Note that the amp section has not been tested with speakers attached. The pots and switches have been cleaned are currently fine, though it's possible that some crackle may develop over time, especially when unused - this will usually clear with use.
Condition is excellent with only minor signs of age. See photos for more information on cosmetic condition.
See our social media feeds for these mixers in action in plenty of our demos.
