Roland SH-1000 Synthesizer
Roland SH-1000 Synthesizer
Brand: Roland
Sorry it's gone. We may have another in stock or on the way. Please enquire below (or check our weekly Gear Update for incoming rarities).
Very clean SH-1000. Serviced and in full working order. Complete with original roland case.
As the first instrument that Roland produced (in 1973) it is a piece of analogue synth history for sure. However, even though it was made for the home market it has a useful, flexible interface that allows for creative sound creation. The "Growl" and "Waw" (wow) controls are particular favourites...
This has to be one of the nicest examples of these synths around - it has clearly been well looked after. It even comes with the original receipt (dated 1975), flyer, manual and warranty card and keys to lock the case.
There are a few minor scuffs and dings to the finish but you have to look quite closely. The buttons along the edge have faded as happens with these machines. The case has a few scuffs but is also very clean. Click on the photos to zoom in and see more shots.
The only minor flaw is that the detachable music stand has been damaged - cracked and missing one of the mounting pins.
240v model.

“I’ve bought a number of items from Soundgas recently, and have been really impressed with their service. It takes the stress out of buying vintage gear to know it’s been properly (and faithfully) serviced or restored. Their after-sales service has also been exemplary. Highly recommended.”

“Imagine the perfect eBay.... with everything you never knew you wanted… and you can rest assured that your vintage and rare wobbly sound device will turn up on time and in one piece and possibly in even better condition that when it left the workshop. Soundgas - literally amazing."
