PRODUCT INFORMATION

NOTE: Voltage change and testing will be completed once this is purchased. It will ship within 10 working days.

This unit has the early preamps that sound particularly sweet, especially with guitar - both preamp and reverb sound are different with these. This is the same spec as the one that Dan and Mick went so crazy over on That Pedal Show – they now have one of our machines for their studio.

Space Echo for sale serviced and running well. Sounding great and running very well following a full service by our tape echo specialists, with new parts as required, including one of our new tapes, and also one our new pinch rollers as standard (more info to come about these, but essentially it's an original pinch roller with a new bearing and new rubber, NOT silicone).

REPLACEMENT TAPES: Fitting any tapes other than those from us or Echo Fix will invalidate the warranty on our machines. We have sourced unused and dry-stored tape stock which is as close to original RT-1L tape formulation as possible (without conclusive confirmation from Roland themselves we cannot describe it as being an exact match) for their original RT-1L replacement loops and limited stocks of our replacement loops are available now. We’ve written a bit about our journeys in tape, which replacement loops to use in your Roland echo, not to mention the misinformation and poor quality tapes that seem to fill the internet. We may also have a very limited supply of sealed original NOS RT1-L tapes – see our store or get in touch.

There are currently no operational issues with this machine, but please be aware that these units require looking after and that regular use and maintenance are key to keeping this in good working order.

Condition

In excellent cosmetic condition with minor wear and signs of age to the face. The case is clean with some scuffing around the edges and corners. Internally, this unit is superb with only small amounts of oxidation. Please see photos or get in touch if you require more information on condition.

Voltage Information

The voltage of this unit will be set up to your requirements with a new transformer fitted - either 120v or 240v. This means that the unit will ship within 10 days of purchase (please ask if you need it sooner and we will do our best!).

Tax

For sales in UK the price will include 20% VAT. Buyers elsewhere may incur VAT or other local taxes on import.
