PRODUCT INFORMATION

Roland Jupiter-8 for sale. It is a 12-bit model with Kenton midi fitted.

Serviced for the current owner by Simon Flinn in October 2022. We have a copy of the service report and listed the details below.

We will test the basic functions of the synth prior to shipping, however as it is a commission sale item we do not a detailed assessment or extended warranty as standard. The buyer should assume that it is all working but that some cleaning of controls and calibration may be necessary. If the buyer wants us to go deeper and assess/service the synth here we can do this for an additional charge. See below for more information about purchasing commission sale items.

Work done in the recent service:

Voice C vco2 has unstable tuning, not voice card, not module controller card, isolated fault to ‘interface module’ kcv TL082 op amp, replaced, good.

Also voice A wobbly tuning, again vco2, particularly patch 43 but others also, again interface module, A2 kcv TL082 op amp, replaced. good.

Front panel controls poor, cleaned and exercised front / mod panel controls.

Testing.

Commission sale on behalf of a client. Payment will be made to us but will be held in our client account for the seller until the buyer confirms satisfactory receipt of the item.
