Roland CR-8000 CompuRhythm
Roland CR-8000 CompuRhythm
Brand: Roland
Sorry it's gone. We may have another in stock or on the way. Please enquire below (or check our weekly Gear Update for incoming rarities).
220v version. Somewhere between the CR-78, the TR-808 and the Korg KR-55 there is a lesser known territory inhabited by this drum machine…
Product Description
Will be serviced including overhaul of all switches and recapping as needed.
These are not like any of Roland's other preset machines, nor are they an 808-lite (as the sounds are not the same). It has a decent selection of pre-programmed rhythms, with added separate volume control of voice, extra sounds and fills meaning you can get a huge number of variations, plus there are programmable rhythms and fills.
Condition
A great example. Has a minor scratches to the face panel and one small chip to the rear bottom corner of the case. See photos for more information.
Voltage Information
220/240v unit. A step-up transformer will be required for use on 110/120v supplies. Please ask if you need advice on what to use. We do not recommend using cheap, generic Chinese mains transformers.
Tax
For sales in UK/EU, this item is on the margin scheme for second hand goods. VAT-free sales are not possible for this item.

“I’ve bought a number of items from Soundgas recently, and have been really impressed with their service. It takes the stress out of buying vintage gear to know it’s been properly (and faithfully) serviced or restored. Their after-sales service has also been exemplary. Highly recommended.”

“Imagine the perfect eBay.... with everything you never knew you wanted… and you can rest assured that your vintage and rare wobbly sound device will turn up on time and in one piece and possibly in even better condition that when it left the workshop. Soundgas - literally amazing."
