Original Musitronics Mu-Tron III envelope filter for sale - fully serviced by us and in excellent working condition. This is the classic vintage analogue auto-wah pedal, sought after for its responsive envelope filter and unmistakable funk tones: nothing else comes close in our opinion. A truly legendary effect, made in the USA by Musitronics in the 1970s.

The Mu-Tron III quickly became an essential part of the sound of countless funk, rock, and electronic artists. Its signature liquid/vocal filter sweep and touch-sensitive dynamics can be heard on recordings by Stevie Wonder (notably Higher Ground), Bootsy Collins, Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead, and more recently by artists in neo-soul, dub, and modern electronic music.

Designed by Mike Beigel, the Mu-Tron III features lowpass, bandpass, and highpass modes, with selectable up/down sweep, gain control, and peak resonance adjustment. It responds to your playing dynamics for very expressive and musical filter sweeps, and works equally well on guitar, bass, synths, and even drum machines.

This unit has been fully serviced by our trusted techs and is operating as it should - ready to slot into your studio or pedalboard for that authentic vintage filter tone.
