Korg MS-20 Mk 1 Near Mint & Boxed

Offered for sale is this amazing example of an early Korg MS-20 in exceptional near mint cosmetic condition and perfect working order. It comes complete with the original box (some felt tip writing on) and instruction manual, plus some photocopied blank patch sheets.

See many detailed photos to assess condition for yourself. It has had two owners from new and to our knowledge has never been gigged or used in a commercial studio. We purchased it from the original owner and sold it to a customer privately last year.

It was serviced, calibrated and PAT-tested for electrical safety by James Walker in June 2013 : it sounds absolutely amazing and plays wonderfully. This is the Korg 35 chip version - more aggressive at extreme settings than the later version.

It's in amazing condition for its age with only very minor marks and light scratches to the finish.

There can't be many left in such good condition: as good an example as you could wish to find.

There are no known operational faults with this unit.

(Please note: it is always possible with vintage equipment that some crackly pots/sliders may develop over time when equipment has not been used - even during a short delivery period - this can usually be easily rectified either by use or with a bit of switch-cleaning spray.)

It's a UK 240v model so will require a step-up transformer for use in USA/Canada.
