Korg Maxi-Korg 800DV - Cased

Korg 800DV for sale serviced and tested by a top synth tech and in excellent cosmetic condition; it comes complete with the original case and music stand(!).

Very uncommon and very, very good - the Korg-800DV is a flexible, analogue duophonic/monophonic synth with some interesting and unique features. It can be thought of as two miniKorg 700Ss in one box, but that doesn't really do it justice as, with the extra features and functionality, the sum is definitely greater than the parts. It can be used duophonic or with the two analogue oscillators stacked into one monster monophonic sound. Other tricks up its sleeve include the ability to delay one voice before it triggers, and an inline effect in and out on the rear for each voice that allows you to add things like a delay or phaser and really add another dimension to an already powerful instrument.

There are no known faults with this instrument.

In very good condition complete with case and music stand. Very little wear to the face - a couple of small patches of white legending are worn through use. Overall in excellent condition - there's a couple of dings to the back edge corners of the wooden case.

• It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
• A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.
• We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
