Made by EF-EL in Italy under a few names. Essentially the same circuit as the Cosmosound Wildsound E-8 (which looked a lot like a mini Fender Blender which possibly gives some idea of where they were headed with the sound).
2N5232A transistors also put it in the same sonic family as the Maestro Fuzz Tone FZ-1B.
