EVANS EE-6 SUPER ECHO

Uncommon Evans Echo in very good condition (see many more detailed photos) and superb working order. It's just been cleaned, demagged and calibrated for optimum performance and fitted with a new tape loop - it sounds great.

We've been tape and disc echo fanatics for years and specialise in selling interesting vintage echoes. As business sellers we've sold many tape echoes in the past ten years; we understand how they should sound and function. We guarantee that this machine will not disappoint.

Also issued under the MultiVox brand, these units are very hard to find. With variable delay times via the sliding head (a la Echoplex), this is a simple and effective little tape delay unit. It's a lovely-sounding unit - great with guitar, imparting the lush warm tone that a good tape echo provides - but also works well as a synth, vocal or mix send effect. It's capable of some great dub effects, especially when used with a mixing desk. The 'From PA' output carries the wet-only signal for use as a mix-send effect.

It's in excellent working order.

(Please note: it is always possible with vintage equipment that some crackly pots/sliders may develop over time when equipment has not been used - even during shipping - this can usually be easily rectified either by use or judicious application of suitable switch-cleaning spray).

It's a UK/EU 240v model so will require a step-up transformer for use in the USA/Canada.
