Boss CE-1 Chorus Ensemble + Box

Superb example of a Boss CE-1 for sale in excellent condition with an original box, Japanese manual, warranty card, and even the official Boss price ticket (¥25,000). Serviced and sounding stunning.

The original chorus pedal: the CE-1 dates from the mid to late 70s. It's been checked over, calibrated/cleaned and is working well.

A stone cold classic effect: guitar, keys, synths, bass, mix - this is a great-sounding vintage chorus.

The condition is very good - it has a few minor dings and signs of age but overall it is very clean. There is some oxidation on the face. The box is in great condition for its age - somewhat discoloured but with relatively low wear; also includes the internal box (holds the power cable out of the way, Japanese manual, warranty card and price tag. Please see photos for more info on cosmetic condition.

• It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
