Ace Tone Rhythm Aces were the direct ancestors of the mighty Roland TR series of drum machines - this is very similar to the Roland TR-55.

Sonically, these are a real treat - lovely warm analogue beats that have a pleasing 'woody' tone to them - and it's not marred by any noticeable age-related artefacts.

CONDITION: Excellent overall condition, the face is very clean with minimal wear or age. The tolex is very good, there is wear under the handle. See photos for more information on cosmetic condition.

• It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
