This stunning 1933 Martin C-1 Archtop is for sale to the UK only. It is a commission sale on behalf of the owner. It’s in excellent condition for its age and plays beautifully – will be greatly missed.
This mahogany C-1 has a solid spruce top and is a lovely guitar with a warm and mellow sound – perfect for jazz picking or bottleneck. It comes with a strong modern case. The owner also has a non-original (to the guitar) vintage case if the buyer wishes to purchase that as well.

CONDITION: In superb condition for a guitar of its age. There is some wear and scratching on the body and one crack showing beneath one the F-hole and another beginning to form beneath the other. Two of the machine heads seem to be very close replacements. See photos for more information on cosmetic condition.
