Superb example of the mighty Space Echo, for sale serviced and in superb working order. The 101 is a simplified RE-201 – the same machine but without the Reverb or EQ. This one sounds fantastic and is working very well following a full service by our tape echo specialist with various new parts as required, including new tape.

120v machine (100v Japanese machine that has had the internal transformer set for 120v operation). More voltage info below.

CONDITION: Exceptional. Only very minor signs of age. Face, tolex and internal surfaces are all excellent. See photos for more information on cosmetic condition.

REPLACEMENT TAPES: We’ve written a bit about our journeys in tape, which replacement loops to use in your Roland echo (not to mention the misinformation and poor quality tapes that seem to fill the internet). And we supply tried and tested replacement Roland tape loops (they come from Echofix in Australia). These are the only tapes we recommend; using any others in our machines will invalidate our guarantee. We may also have a very limited supply of sealed original NOS RT1-L tapes – see our store or get in touch.

There are currently no operational issues with this machine, but please be aware that these units require looking after and that regular use and maintenance are key to keeping this in good working order.
