Description

This Midas Venice is a high quality analogue console designed in the UK and built in Germany.

These are the mainstay of many live rigs with good reason: great-sounding mic pres and parametric eq, 6 aux sends, rugged build quality and compact form factor. All of these factors make them a very seductive proposition as a studio console.

The F24 with 24 channels of 24 bit recording is an immensely powerful tool. This one comes having had a fresh run-through from an experienced live sound tech – pots/switches/sockets all cleaned and checked. There may be some noise from the pots when it’s not been used for a while (Tony has a 16ch unit from the same source – the odd pot can be noisy but clears very quickly with a couple of turns).

Condition

Some marks, scuffs and scratches as expected but overall in very good condition. Has had a full run-through from an experienced live sound tech – all pots/switches/sockets checked/cleaned. FireWire interface checked and functional. Working very well without issue, but it is possible that one or two pots or switches might become noisy over time if left unused should clear with use.

Optional high quality wheeled touring flightcase available (pallet delivery only!).
