Teac Tascam Series Model 5 8-channel mixing desk for sale. Technically it's a Model 5B, but we've yet to establish how that differs from a "5" (if it does at all!).
Undoubtedly one of the best mixers from this era of golden era of Teac gear. Eight channels with great EQs. Modular build for ease of servicing. Tamura transformers and inductors in every channel, plus direct outputs so you can use them as a preamp. The overdrive on these is great with such a warm sound that enhances everything.
This mixer is supplied serviced including power supply overhaul and some replacement parts from a Model 3. All sliders and connections are currently working well. Some crackle can develop, especially with lack of use. This should clear with use or with some switch cleaning spray (we recommend DeOxit).
