I have lusted after one of these for my studio for years - this one is as good as they get.
This reissue of the legendary Gates Sta-Level valve compressor which was designed in the 1950s and widely used in both broadcast and recording studios is prized for its smooth, musical compression and rich harmonic character offering exceptional performance on vocals, bass, and drums.
