Moog Minimoog Model D for sale - will ship following a sympathetic service by James Walker at Soundgas. While the synth is in excellent condition (photos taken before servicing and cosmetic restoration) you can elect to have a new custom walnut case and/or Kenton Midi fitted for the ultimate vintage Minimoog.

This synth dates from the late 70s and is in excellent condition - this is the type of synth Gary Numan found in a studio corner and harnessed for Tubeway Army's monster hit 'Are Friends Electric?' and the Replicas album. The is nothing quite like the immense muscular tone of a vintage Minimoog.

It's a beast and ready to remind you why, even though the Moog company continue to build wonderful instruments (including new Model Ds), there is still significant demand from musicians for fully functional originals.
