EMS Synthi AKS for sale in excellent condition and very good working order on behalf of the owner. Complete with manuals and cables.

This is a stunningly well-preserved original example that's clearly led a very sheltered life: the face is in excellent clean condition with barely any signs of age which is very unusual.

There is some cracking and damage to the thin plastic cover on the KS Section and one screw is non-original.

It's also had some very high quality work done in the past and is in good order. A fresh calibration and some light pot cleaning is all that we need to do to have this ready to ship out.

In very good working order and can be used immediately - would benefit from a fresh calibration and some pots cleaning. James has suggested that it'd be wise to change the Vernier dials at some point as they can slip.

Please note: these synths should be used regularly for best performance – just like a classic car or bike needs a run out to stay in good shape.

Condition

In stunning overall condition - one of the best we've seen. Some very minor marks on the faceplate but nothing major - it looks almost new. A couple of pots have scuffed tops. The KS Section has some cracking and damage to the thin/brittle plastic cover and there are some light scratches to the keyboard (see photo). Includes manual and connection cable.
