GASAWAYS PROMOTION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is Soundgas Tech Limited, registered in England & Wales under company number 10632084, with its registered office at 1a Key Point, Nix’s Hill Industrial Estate, Keys Road, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7FQ.

2. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, and to international entrants unless prohibited by local laws. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation does not breach local laws.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept entries from certain countries due to export restrictions or courier limitations. A list of excluded countries is published on our website.

  • Employees of Soundgas Tech Limited, their families, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are excluded.

  • Entries that do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.

3. HOW TO ENTER

a. Purchase Entry

  • Visit our promotion page and purchase the exclusive £6 digital sample pack.

  • Each purchase automatically includes one entry into the prize draw.

  • A maximum of 25 paid entries per person per promotion is permitted. Each purchase counts as one entry.

b. Free Entry (Postal)

  • Send a postcard with your full name, email address, phone number, and the name of the current promotion to:
     Gasaways Promotion, Soundgas Tech Limited, 1a Key Point, Nix’s Hill Industrial Estate, Keys Road, Somercotes, Derbyshire, DE55 7FQ

  • Free entries must arrive no later than the promotion closing date.

  • Only one postal entry per person per promotion. Late entries will not be accepted.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

  • Each monthly promotion opens on the published start date and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on the day before the draw.

  • The draw is held live at 4:00pm (UK time) on the last Thursday of the month, broadcast on the Gasaways Instagram account.

  • Late entries (including postal entries) will not be counted.

5. THE PRIZES

  • Each monthly draw will have one (1) grand prize and one (1) second prize.

  • Prizes are as described – no cash alternatives or substitutions are offered.

  • If shipping outside the UK, winners may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees.

6. DONATION TO CHARITY

  • 10% of all proceeds from each promotion will be donated to charity.

  • The benefiting charity will be announced publicly for each monthly promotion.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • Each entry is assigned a sequential number in order of purchase.

  • At the advertised draw time, a random number generator will be used to select winning entry numbers from all eligible entries.

  • The grand prize will be drawn first. The second prize will be drawn second.

  • Each entrant may only win one prize per draw. If the same entrant is drawn for both prizes, the second prize will be redrawn.

  • Draws take place live on Instagram (@gasaways) for transparency. Winners will be announced during the live stream and contacted by DM within 48 hours.

  • Winners may be asked to take part in publicity (such as a photo or short video with their prize for our website and social media). Participation is optional and requires the winner’s consent.

8. GENERAL

  • Soundgas Tech Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms where necessary.

  • Entrants’ data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is processed under legitimate interest for the administration of the promotion.

  • By entering, you agree to the use of your name and general location for winner publicity unless you request otherwise.

  • The decision of Soundgas Tech Limited is final in all matters relating to the promotion.

9. LIABILITY

  • Soundgas Tech Limited is not responsible for postal delays, lost entries, or technical issues with digital downloads.

  • Winners outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with delivery of their prize.

  • Entries from excluded countries will not be accepted. The current list of excluded countries is published on our website.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
