Soundgas Sounds Promotions – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is Soundgas Tech Limited, registered in England & Wales under company number 10632084, with its registered office at 1a Key Point, Nix's Hill Industrial Estate, Keys Road, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 7F

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher.
Open to UK residents and to international entrants, except where prohibited by local law or by the export/courier restrictions set out below. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation does not breach the laws of their country of residence.
We cannot accept entries from certain countries due to export restrictions or courier limitations. The current list of excluded countries is published on our website, and entries from those countries will not be accepted.
Employees of Soundgas Tech Limited, their families, and anyone professionally associated with the promotion are excluded.
Entries that do not comply with these terms will be disqualified

3. HOW TO ENTER

a. Purchase Entry

  • Visit our promotion page and purchase the exclusive digital sample pack.
  • Each purchase automatically includes one entry into the prize draw.
  • A maximum of 25 paid entries per person per promotion is permitted. Each purchase counts as one entry

b. Free Entry (Postal)

  • Send a postcard with your full name, email address, phone number, and the name of the current
    promotion to:

  • Free postal entries are not affected by the entry limit in Clause 4 and will be accepted throughout the promotion period regardless of whether the paid allocation has sold out.
  • One postal entry per person per promotion. Free entries must arrive no later than the promotion closing date. Late entries will not be accepted

4. Entry Limit

A maximum of 1,000 sample packs (paid entries) are available per promotion. Once all 1,000 packs have sold, the paid entry route will close, whether or not the published closing date has been reached, and the draw will proceed as scheduled.
The 1,000-pack limit applies to paid entries only. Free postal entries under Clause 3b are always accepted up to the promotion closing date and do not count towards the 1,000 limit.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD

Each promotion opens on the published start date and closes at 09:59am (UK time) on the day of the draw, or earlier if the 1,000 paid-entry limit is reached (see Clause 4).
Draws are held live on Instagram @soundgassounds at 4:00pm UK time on a Thursday of the nominated month. Full details are given in the product description and in your confirmation email.
Entries received after the closing time or after the paid-entry limit is reached (including online purchases and postal entries) will not be included in that month's draw. Any eligible orders placed after the closing time will be automatically entered into the following monthly draw.

6. THE PRIZES

Prizes are as described. No cash alternatives or substitutions are offered to entrants.
Soundgas Tech Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees not to sell, auction, or otherwise transfer the prize item for commercial gain within 12 months of receipt. This condition is intended to prevent resale for profit. Breach of this condition does not affect the winner's ownership of the item, but Soundgas Tech Limited reserves the right to exclude any person found to be in breach from all future promotions.
If shipping outside the UK, winners may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees.

7. DONATION TO CHARITY

10% of all proceeds from each promotion will be donated to charity. The benefiting charity will be announced publicly for each monthly promotion.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

  • Each entry is assigned a sequential number in order of receipt.
  • At the advertised draw time, a random number generator will be used to select winning entry numbers from all eligible entries. Prizes are drawn in reverse order.
  • Draws take place live on Instagram (@soundgassounds) for transparency. Winners will be announced during the live stream and contacted by direct message within 48 hours.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.
  • Winners must agree to take part in publicity (such as a photo or short video with their prize for our website and social media) as a condition of entry.

9. GENERAL

Soundgas Tech Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms where necessary.
Entrants' data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is processed under legitimate interest for the administration of the promotion. By entering, you agree to the use of your name and general location for winner publicity unless you request otherwise.
The decision of Soundgas Tech Limited is final in all matters relating to the promotion.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

10. LIABILITY

Soundgas Tech Limited is not responsible for postal delays, lost entries, or technical issues with digital downloads.
Winners outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with delivery of their prize.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the promotion, are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, save that entrants resident elsewhere may bring proceedings in their country of residence where local law so requires
