Suiko Poetry Trainers are rare Japanese synthesizers from the 1980s. They were never sold outside Japan and were not made in big numbers, so they turn up infrequently.
They come loaded with koto, flute and other traditional sounds, often with a sequencer or percussion on board. The result is a small, inspiring unit that is perfect for experimental musicians and sound designers. The ST-50 was the flagship of the Suiko range, offering a wider sound palette and more performance features than other models, but the ST-20, ST-30, ST-60 and VS-1 each have their own character.
Every Suiko we list is tested and clearly described, with condition notes and photos, and we'll tell you about the voltage before you buy, since most are 100v Japanese models.
