Lovetone Doppelganger
Lovetone Doppelganger
Brand: Lovetone
Sorry it's gone. We may have another in stock or on the way. Please enquire below (or check our weekly Gear Update for incoming rarities).
This is a great boutique analogue phaser/vibrato made in the UK by Lovetone in the mid 90s - the sound and build quality is exceptional.
Not many of these Doppelganger pedals were made, and they don't come up for sale very often as people tend to hang on to them. We've had one in the studio for years - sounds amazing on guitars, Rhodes, synths etc and is also a great mix tool - I cannot recommend it highly enough: the twin LFOs make for some deep and wonderous phasing - reminiscent of a Mu-tron Bi-Phase at times - with that high quality, glossy Lovetone sound.
As used by U2's The Edge.
In excellent working order and condition. Minor signs of age/wear only.

“I’ve bought a number of items from Soundgas recently, and have been really impressed with their service. It takes the stress out of buying vintage gear to know it’s been properly (and faithfully) serviced or restored. Their after-sales service has also been exemplary. Highly recommended.”

“Imagine the perfect eBay.... with everything you never knew you wanted… and you can rest assured that your vintage and rare wobbly sound device will turn up on time and in one piece and possibly in even better condition that when it left the workshop. Soundgas - literally amazing."
