PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Hohner Master Fuzz – a variation of one of the greatest and gnarliest fuzz pedals of all time: made by Shin-ei in Japan for Hohner – the same circuit as the Shaftesbury Duo Fuzz or equally infamous Univox Superfuzz.
The name is really irrelevant – Master Control, Duo Fuzz or Super Fuzz – the sound is what counts: it’s basically two very different shades of monstrous filth – ripping chainsaw fuzz or brutal octave-ish wildness.
This pedal is in excellent working order & very good cosmetic condition for a pedal dating from the mid 60s to the early 70s (see detailed photos). It’s been serviced by our pedal expert and is sounding stunning.
