Fender Japan Telecaster TL556 Boxer E Serial for sale. Built by Fujigen c1984-7.
Eighties vision of what the ultimate modern Tele should look like – massive tonal versatility from the array of pick ups (including coil tap) and a tremolo made for dive bombs.
While the above might frighten more traditional Tele players off, it really shouldn’t: what you have here is a Tele that can pretty much do it all. The build quality is excellent and the rosewood fretboard is lovely.
From the fabled Fujigen era when MIJ was better than USA, this is a high spec guitar with a versatile sound palette. This is a perfect example of just how good the Japanese builders were.

Condition
In excellent cosmetic condition with minor dings, damage and wear especially around the edges and corners as you’d expect from a vintage guitar but nothing major. Please see photos or get in touch if you require more information on condition but it looks/feels good and plays very well.
