XLR balanced input version of this six channel mixer that packs high quality components and a killer sound in compact rack format.

Description

Yamaha PM-180 Sound Reinforcement Mixer for sale.

Identical to the PM-170 except that the inputs are now balanced on XLR.

Beneath a very business-like exterior these pack some high quality components. Great sound. Definitely underrated.

NOTE: we may also have a PM-170 without the balanced inputs – get in touch if you need more details.

A few points to note:

  • Transformer input with discrete op amps on the main mix bus out.
  • The two discrete amps on the main mix outs are essentially API 2520s in a Yamaha can.
  • Everything is modular sturdy ribbon cable connections – service-friendly so a good long term buy.
  • Six channels with 2-band EQ, pan and high pass filter. Stereo Aux input and two sets of outputs for routing options.

Very good. Some marks on the casing but main panel is excellent. Please see photos or get in touch if you require more information on condition.

For sales in UK the price will include 20% VAT. Buyers elsewhere may incur VAT or other local taxes on import.

Voltage Information

100v Japanese model - it will run on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use. A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU. We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
