Description

Vestax’ answer to the Portastudio? OK, maybe not so “porta”, but in a rack this is a superb work station for recording onto cassette.

Serviced and all working well. The tape transport buttons on these can get a little glitchy – we’ve been over them and they are working well but you may find that the lose some responsiveness, usually if the unit has been left unused. This should clear again with use. There are some differences between channel levels but this does not affect us, and in the absence of a service manual for these we’re leaving the profusion of trimmers inside well alone!

The mixer has a slew of sends and returns amongst the sockets across the bottom – these allow for all sorts of possibilities when recording on this.
