A Top Gear Fuzz – a stunning, rare mid 70s British Fuzz pedal.
Sounds great – it is in superb working order.
Another variation on the Fuzz Face theme with BC184C silicon transistors.
Ships with a  9v battery.
Please see detailed photos to assess condition for yourself. 
There are no crackly pots or noisy switch issues.
(Please note: it is always possible with vintage equipment that some crackly pots/sliders may develop over time when equipment has not been used – even during shipping – this can usually be easily rectified either by use or with a bit of switch-cleaning spray).
