This looks to have been barley-used. A valve (tube) tape echo designed by Mike Battle (inventor of the Echoplex) and produced in the 90s.
We’ve tested it and it is running well and sounding just as it should.
Condition is near mint – just a few scratches where the lever moves out from the input jack socket. Click on the photos to zoom in and see more shots.
