Tascam M-216 16-channel mixer for sale.
Will be serviced including recapping of power supply and cleaning of all pots, sliders and switches. Defective parts are replaced with original spec parts from another donor mixer (which makes these expensive to fully restore). Some crackle may be possible after a period of not being used but this should clear.
See photos of the top and rear panels for information on the functions and connections available.
Sound-wise these are, as you might expect from their era and high quality manufacture, great. Warmth and character are instantly added to whatever you put through, the overdriven sound is lovely, and the 4-band EQ gives excellent control.
Excellent with just a few signs of age/use. NOTE: These are quick photos before cleaning and servicing. Rear shots are of another mixer (just there for information on connections). Flight case has some wear and tear but is sound.
For sales in UK the price will include 20% VAT. Buyers elsewhere may incur VAT or other local taxes on import.
100v Japanese model. For customers on 220/240v supplies we will supply a high quality step-down transformer free of charge with your purchase - let us know if this is not required. On North American mains (115/120v supplies) this unit will run without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use. We do not recommend using cheap, generic Chinese mains transformers - please ask if you have any questions about powering this unit.
