Soundgas Studio Remote Access offers processing in real-time or offline: enhance or transform your recordings using our unique studio collection. Whether you give us a specific brief or a vibe you’re looking to achieve, or if you want to simply ask us to ‘Soundgas it’, we’ll do the heavy lifting to deliver you exceptional results that stand out from the crowd.
Description
The Soundgas studio is home one of the largest working collections of vintage gear in the country. Situated at the heart of the Soundgas site (very close to the Soundgas tech department) it houses such rarities as our ex-broadcast Calrec Q Series console, Lexicon Prime Times (Models 93 & 97), Synthi AKS, Minimoog Model D, Grampian 636 and of course Tony’s own collection of modified Binson Echorecs including the Baby Binson, the Binson Echorec 2 T7E and any manner of visiting Binsons lifted from the Soundgas stock for “testing”. All of these machines are in excellent working condition courtesy of our tech team under the guidance of our very own Dr Huw and the synth wizard, James Walker. The studio is manned by our in-house engineer, Ben Hirst, and freelance Felipe Gutierrez, who have a wealth of skills and experience behind them and great working knowledge of our weird and wonderful gear.
