Ultra-rare Shin-Ei Phase Tone Pedal in perfect working order & excellent cosmetic condition for a pedal dating from the late 60s to early 70s (see photos). It sounds absolutely stunning.
This pedal is the precursor to the more famous Univibe and features the same circuit – forget the modern clones, this is the real deal. Pretty much identical to the Resly Tone – a pedal version of a Leslie speaker… It does Leslie and more – Tremolo, Vibrato and Phase, from slow and wavy to fast and choppy. We’ve had one in the studio for years and absolutely love it.
It sounds great with guitar, keyboards, synths and as a mix effect – a great tool to have in your studio arsenal…
