Original 220v machine in good cosmetic condition; serviced, guaranteed and sounding superb. A chance to buy one of our Space Echoes without additional VAT.
NOTE: Final service and testing will be completed once this is purchased. It will ship within 10 working days.
We’re tape and disc echo specialists with many years’ experience working with and restoring these machines. Our BBC-trained engineer brings our tape delays up to (or better than) factory spec and our testing ensures machines that have superb reliability and – most important – that they sound incredible. Guaranteed to give reliable service and sound superb.

A great example of the mighty Space Echo, for sale serviced and in excellent working order. Sounding great and running very well following a full service by our tape echo specialists with new parts fitted as required.
Heads in excellent condition.

REPLACEMENT TAPES: We’ve written a bit about our journeys in tape, which replacement loops to use in your Roland echo (not to mention the misinformation and poor quality tapes that seem to fill the internet). We don’t have tape stock currently, but you can buy tried and tested replacement Roland tape loops from Echo Fix. These are the only tapes we recommend. We may also have a very limited supply of sealed original NOS RT1-L tapes – see our store or get in touch.
There are currently no operational issues with this machine, but please be aware that these units require looking after and that regular use and maintenance are key to keeping this in good working order.
Some crackle is always possible from pots/switches when not used for a while – this can be cleared with use.
Condition
In good cosmetic condition. Face has minor scuffs and dings. Knobs are showing some wear. Tolex is excellent. Internally, this unit is very clean with only very minor oxidation. The serial plate is missing. See photos for more information on cosmetic condition.
Voltage Information
220/240v unit. A step-up transformer will be required for use on 110/120v supplies. Please ask if you need advice on what to use. We do not recommend using cheap, generic Chinese mains transformers.
Tax
For sales in UK/EU, this item is on the margin scheme for second hand goods. VAT-free sales are not possible for this item.
