PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

8 channel spring reverb PA mixer – serviced – great sound.

These 70s Roland mixers sound great, especially when you overdrive the inputs – can really add punch to DAW beats and synths and have a superb built-in spring reverb (equivalent to the RE-201 spring). We’ve been getting lots of positive feedback from customers using them to add texture and colour to drum machines, synths etc. Check the stock list (link above) for more models and our Instagram feed for regular demos featuring similar models to this.

Condition is very good – only minor signs of age and wear to the face and some scuffs and dings to the tolex. The pots are fine, though it’s possible that some crackle may develop over time, especially when unused – will usually clear with use.

  • It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
  • A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU – you will need a unit giving you at least 150va if you are not using the internal amp (which is how we use them). If you want to use the internal amp to drive speakers then you will need a lot more power and a 750 or 1Kva
  • We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.

For sales in UK/EU the price will include VAT. VAT-free sales are possible to businesses and individuals in the EU (outside the UK) with a valid VAT Number – please get in touch if you wish to buy this way.
