Classic Rhodes. Supplied restored by our go-to vintage keys engineer: as good as you’ll hear/play. Photos taken pre-restoration – it will be a beauty inside and out.

Description

Rhodes Mark I Stage Piano 73 for sale following full restoration and tuning by our favourite electric piano tech (photos taken pre restoration).

This Rhodes is complete with case/lid and will be supplied with legs and sustain pedal/rod (not shown).

This will be completely restored by our electric piano expert: he has serviced instruments for Tony for many years and is the best we’ve found. He is not only a dedicated technician, but also a very talented player who knows these instruments inside out and understands what is required from a player’s perspective.

His detailed work will include: keybed rebushing, new key pedestal felts, new hammer tips, new tonebar grommets and full action regulation – new parts from Vintage Vibe – the buyer is welcome to discuss any final tweaks or particular requirements they may have. The cosmetics – tolex, metalwork and discoloured keys – may also be refreshed so this piano will look as good as it sounds.

SHIPPING: It is heavy and delicate. Delivery will be via special arrangement – van courier in UK will be £150+VAT; EU will be considerably more. Shipping outside Europe is possible, but will be expensive (you wouldn’t want us to ship this cheaply). Please contact us for a quote.

Condition

Overall condition is very good. Note that tolex, metalwork and keys will be improved as necessary during the restoration as well as the internal parts. Please see photos or get in touch if you require more information on condition.

This instrument is currently being restored by our tech - expect delivery around one to two months from purchase.

Switchable voltage for use anywhere in the world - it will be set up ready for you to use before we ship.
