Offered for sale is this MXR Flanger Doubler in superb cosmetic condition and excellent working order.

A stone-cold studio classic – it sounds wonderful and inspires creativity: easy to lose an hour or two playing through this blue box.

It sounds amazing – classy analogue flanging and doubling that is a tweaker’s delight; please bear in mind this is a vintage analogue unit and can be noisy at extreme settings when compared to digital effects. It has a few minor scuffs and scratches, but overall is in excellent order for a unit that’s around 40 years old; some small areas of black paint have been touched-up on the case – invisible when racked (see detailed photos).

(Please note: it is always possible with vintage equipment that some crackly pots/sliders may develop over time when equipment has not been used – even during shipping – this can usually be easily rectified either by use or judicious application of suitable switch-cleaning spray).

It is a UK/EU 240v unit – buyers from USA/Canada and countries with a 110v mains supply will require a step-up transformer. For overseas countries with 240v power, the EU plug will be removed prior to shipping unless otherwise requested.
