Hawk HR-101 Echo Unit

More Hawk spring reverb goodness. Another great unit that just absolutely does it for us when you overdrive it and get some distortion. Check out the instagram demo below to hear and see it in action.

This model is more of an “either/or” unit (compared to the likes of the HR-202 and HR-45). The reverb sounds good, or you can drive the input hard via the mic in for some great overdrive. However driving the spring hard doesn’t produce such great results.

• It is a 100v Japanese model and will run fine on North American mains 115/120v without a transformer (we run all our tests using 120v power); however, a step-down transformer is recommended for extended use.
• A step-down transformer is required in the UK/EU.
• We do not recommend using cheap generic Chinese mains transformers and can supply a high quality UK-made unit if required.
