PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Offered for sale is this US-made Brown Panel/Face Fender Prineton valve amp dating from August 1962 in very good cosmetic condition and excellent working order. Serial P03795.

It’s just been serviced and fitted with an earthed mains cable to comply with safety regulations (photos show original 2 core US cable). This is a great-sounding vintage amp with a tremolo to die for -just seems to be able to nail whatever sound you’re searching for.

These Brownface amps are sought-after by those in the know for great tone.

It looks to have had a replacement handle at some point, and someone’s fitted a later (1967) 12″ Jensen speaker for a bit more grunt – this has involved the speaker chassis being cut out to fit in the amp.

It is a USA 110v mains unit so will require a step-down transformer for UK/EU use.
